Please note that all items require a production time of up to 3 weeks before being shipped.

Processing & Production Time

• Production: Up to 3 weeks

• Once completed, your order is dispatched within 1–3 business days.

Shipping Method — FedEx
All orders are shipped exclusively with FedEx, ensuring secure and reliable delivery worldwide.

Delivery Times (after production)

• France: 1–3 business days

• Europe: 3–7 business days

• International: 5–10 business days

A FedEx tracking number will be provided as soon as your order ships.

Duties & Taxes
International orders may incur customs duties or import taxes, which remain the customer’s responsibility.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your FedEx package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours so we can assist you.

Eligibility for Returns

• Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.

• Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original packaging.

• Custom or personalized pieces are non-returnable.

Exchanges
Exchanges depend on stock availability. If your desired item is unavailable, we can offer a refund or store credit.

Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or our error.

Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, the refund will be issued within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
